Lucinda began her career in Arkansas as a nurse. She transitioned to hospital management where she served as CEO over facilities in Fayetteville and Little Rock.

In addition to being an RN, Lucinda has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of the Ozarks and an M.S. in Corporate Health from the University of Arkansas.

Lucinda has been recognized for her work in behavioral health advocacy at the state and national levels and in 2006 received the Grassroots Leadership Award from the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems.

Dr. Holden is Board Certified Psychiatrics, Board Certified Addictionist, Federally Certified Medical Review Officer, and a Flight Surgeon. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Chemistry,  Stephen F. Austin State University with a Master’s degree in Psychology/Chemistry, Texas Tech University with a Medical Degree in Medicine/Surgery, Texas Tech University with a Internship General Medicine Rotating, Texas Tech University with a Residency in Psychiatry, Texas Tech University University with a Fellowship Chemical Dependency and Substance Abuse, Duke University with a Fellowship Electro Convulsive Therapy, and United States War College with a Masters in Strategic Studies.

Dr. Holden has over 25 years experience in psychiatry, with special interests in Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT), posttraumatic stress disorders, chemical dependency and substance abuse.

In addition, Dr. Holden has over 24 years of Commissioned Service with the United States Army Reserve. He has been married for 34 years to his wife, Shauna Holden, and together they have two children.

Dr. Dollins is board-certified in General Psychiatry. He completed his medical education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR, and his residency in General Psychiatry at the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh, PA.

Dr. Dollins has over 20 years of experience in psychiatry, with special interests in mental health care for adults and geriatric clients.

Dr. Freeman is board-certified in General Psychiatry and is currently completing a fellowship in Child Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his medical education at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, TX and his residency at the University of Texas Medical School, Houston, TX.

Dr. Freeman has over 20 years of experience in psychiatry, with special interests in neuropsychiatry, neuroimaging, mood disorders, and posttraumatic stress disorder, most recently through the VA system in Little Rock.

Dr. Freeman has been married for 25 years to Diane Freeman, M.D. (pediatrician) and together they have three children.

In addition to being a registered nurse, Leslie has a Master of Nursing Science, with a focus on mental health and psych nursing. She has been in behavioral health for 28 years, with 23 years in nursing management. Leslie has worked for Vista Health and Charter Behavioral.

In addition to being a registered nurse (B.S.N.), Mary has a Master of Education from Drury University in Springfield, MO. She has 37 years in the healthcare industry, including positions as Chief Clinical Officer, and hospital nurse executive, and opening five new hospitals. Mary has worked locally for Regency Hospitals of NWA.

Rhonda has a B.S. from Cameron University, Lawton, OK, in Business Administration with a concentration in Personnel Management, minor in Psychology/Sociology. She has over 30 years in human resources management in healthcare and other Fortune 500 industries. Rhonda relocated to NWA from Dallas, TX.

Roger has over nine years in the healthcare industry in a plant operations capacity. He has worked locally for HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital.

Sandi has a B.S. from John Brown University, in Organizational Management, with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She has been in the healthcare industry since 1999, mostly in a marketing and business development capacity. Sandi has worked locally for Northwest Health System and Vista Health.

Chantal has a B.A. from the University of Central Arkansas, in Sociology & Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She has worked locally and in the Little Rock area in behavioral healthcare.

Cathy has a B.S. from the University of Arkansas, in Business Administration, with an emphasis in marketing. She has worked locally at the Pinnacle Hills Promenade as the marketing manager.
