Treatment at Springwoods Behavioral Health is appropriate for the following:

• Patients who pose as an actual or imminent danger to self and/or others due to a psychiatric disorder.
• Patients who need continuous skilled observation, evaluation and treatment in a hospital.
• Patients whose condition can be expected to deteriorate with less intensive treatment.
• Patients with a medical condition or medication sensitivity that complicates treatment of the mental disorder outside of the hospital.
• Patients who are physically and mentally able to participate in the program.
• Patients who can anticipate an improvement in the level of functioning.

Prior to admission, we ask that you complete our Authorization to Release Medical Records form.
